Lewis G. Busbee is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in mental health related issues, individual, couples and family therapy.

With over a decade of clinical experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of The University of Texas of the Permian Basin's Clinical Psych Program, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are Couples, Child, Adolescent, and Adult counseling; MH Specific counseling, and LGBTQ counseling .

In addition to being a prominent Mental Health and relationship therapist, Lewis Busbee has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Addictions, Racial Profiling, and LGBTQ issues.

Lewis Busbee is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Lewis Busbee is also actively engaged in the community both professionally and personally. Professionally, he has served as the President for the Permian Basin Counseling Association, and on the Institutional Review Board for UTPB, as a board member for the West Texas Food Bank, and a consultant on mental health issues for government, private, and nonprofit entities.
